NOTICE REQUESTING SUBCONTRACTOR BIDS FOR LEASE LEASE-BACK PROJECT
Sinclair General Engineering Construction, Inc. is seeking subcontractor bids for the Stanislaus County Office of Education's 13th Street Parking Lot Improvement LLB Project. Project consists of reconstruction of one existing parking lot in accordance with drawings and specifications as developed by TPH Architects. This is a Lease-Leaseback Project, all subcontractors of any tier must comply with the requirements set forth in Education Code 17407.5, including providing an enforceable commitment that all Subcontractors of any tier will use "Skilled and Trained Workforce" as defined in Public Contract Code 2601 (d). All subcontractors to review and comply with Public Contract Code 2600-2603. Prevailing Wage is applicable, and DIR Registration required, per SB854. Seeking DVBE Subcontractor / Supplier Participation. Contact GC, with all questions - DO NOT contact Architect. Sinclair intends to award subcontracts based on the best value to the Owner. All awards will be made in SCOE's best interest. A mandatory subcontractor pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 @ 10:00 AM. at 715 13th Street, Modesto, CA 95354.
