Notice of Community Meetings Stanislaus Urban County and Stanislaus HOME Consortium Action Plan (AAP) for Fiscal Year 2026- 2027 Stanislaus County, in partnership with the cities of Ceres, Hughson, Newman, Oakdale, Patterson, Riverbank, and Waterford form the Stanislaus Urban County for purposes of receiving U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and Emergency Solu- tions Grants (ESG) Program funding. The Stanislaus Urban County along with the City of Turlock forms the Stanislaus HOME Consortium for the purpose of receiving HUD HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funding. Stanislaus County is the “lead entity” with responsibility for implementing and admin- istering CDBG, ESG and HOME funding. Stanislaus County invites the public to participate in a series of community meetings for the purpose of gathering input on housing and community development needs in the community. Comments and needs expressed at these meetings will be used to develop the AAP. The AAP outlines the programs and projects to be funded during fiscal year 2026-2027 to assist low-income households and persons in the areas of housing, public infrastructure, public services and homeless assistance and prevention.
