Salida Fire Protection District
Community Facilities District
No. 2010-01 Annexation No.
111 & 112
Notice is hereby given by the Salida
Fire Protection District (the "District")
that on February 19, 2026, the Board
of Directors of the District (the
"Board"), as the legislative body for
the Salida Fire Protection District
Community Facilities District No.
2010-01 (the "CFD"), stated its
intention to annex territories, as
Annexation No. 111 and No. 112
to the CFD pursuant to the Mello
-Roos Community Facilities Act of
1982, as amended, commencing
with Section 53311 of the California
Government Code, and to levy
Special Taxes to finance fire
suppression services, emergency
medical services, and fire prevention
activities. A map filed with the Clerk
of the Board describes the
territories of Annexation No. 111
and No. 112 and the Resolution
of Formation of the CFD specifies
the type of services to be financed,
and describes the rate and method
of apportionment of the proposed
special taxes. For further details,
the Maps and Resolutions of
Formation are available by contacting
the Clerk of the Board via email
at ddenczek@salidafire.com.
Notice is further given that at 7:00 p.m.
on April 16, 2026, or as soon
thereafter as practicable, at 5551
Ciccarelli Road, Salida, CA 95368,
the Board will hold a public hearing
on the establishment of CFD
Annexation No. 111 and No. 112.
At the hearing, the testimony of all
interested persons, including all
taxpayers or persons owning property
in the area, for or against the
annexation to the CFD, the extent of
the CFD, the furnishing of a specified
type or types of public facilities or
services will be heard.
