Eisenhut Elementary School – Relocation of Portable Buildings
Summary of Work: Relocation of four (4) portables on site at Eisenhut Elementary School including demo, pouring new concrete foundations for portables, signage, electrical and fire alarm, underground utility connections, drywells, vents, site concrete, fencing modifications, and other work as necessary to complete the project.

Bid Opening: Bids will be accepted via mail or hand delivered no later than April 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the District Office, 2410 Janna Avenue, Modesto, CA 95350 – Attn: Facilities Department
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held March 25, 2026 at 3:00 PM at Eisenhut Elementary School located at 1809 Sheldon Drive, Modesto, CA 95350; interested contractors can access the Contract Documents, including the drawings and specifications, which may be obtained electronically from the Stanislaus Union School District Facilities Development Departments website beginning on March 19, 2026, at:
https://www.stanunion.k12.ca.us/District/Portal/maintenance-operations, using the Current Bid Projects Tab. If you download the Contract Documents, please email Anne Perkins (aperkins@ca-dw.com) to be placed on the Project Plan Holders List. Only those bidders who attend this conference will have their bid considered for award.
Schedule: Starting on / around May 11, 2026 – Completion July 24, 2026. Relocatable buildings cannot be moved until June 1, 2026 at the earliest.
License: The bidder must be properly licensed by the California Contractors' State License Board.
Bonds & Insurance: Required.
Prevailing Wage: Required
DVBE Compliance: Required
Registration with DIR: Required
Award of Agreement/Rejection of Bids: The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
