LEASE-LEASEBACK RFP NOTICE
NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
LEASE-LEASEBACK CONSTRUCTION SERVICES BY THE
OAKDALE JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Oakdale Joint Unified School District of Stanislaus County, California, ("District"), is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Lease-Leaseback Construction Services ("LLB") for
MAGNOLIA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING
FAIR OAKS ELEMENTARY - TWO CLASSROOM BUILDINGS
OAKDALE CHARTER SCHOOL CLASSROOM BUILDING
("Projects"). The Project(s) include Building(s) and Site work and all other associated work. The total estimated construction budget(s) is Fourteen Million, One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($14,150,000) with an estimated performance period of Fourteen (14) months, ending approximately the end of the 2027 calendar year. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting on 3/23/2026 @ 10:00 a.m. beginning at the Fair Oaks Elementary School located at 151 Lee Street, Oakdale, California. Meeting to begin in the gravel parking lot across from the School Entry.
The winning proposal will be determined based on the "best value" competitive procurement process under Education Code section 17400 et seq., whereby the LLB firm is evaluated and selected by the District based on a combination of price and qualifications of the LLB firm.
The proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on 04/10/2026, at the address identified in the RFP.
