Stanislaus Union School District Notice to Bidders Running Tracks – Baptist Elementary School, Chrysler Elementary School, Dieterich Elementary School, Eisenhut Elementary School & Prescott Junior High School Bid Instructions and Conditions This Contract is subject to prequalification. If a bidder is not prequalified to bid on the Contract, Owner will not accept the bid. Any subcontractors listed by the bidder for Work requiring Class A & B licenses must have current prequalified status with the Owner. The application for prequalification must be submitted to the Owner by the date specified in the application. The prequalification application may be obtained from the Owner. Summary of Work: Baptist ES, Dieterich ES, Eisenhut ES, & Chrysler ES: Construction of new 10 foot wide asphalt tracks (one at each site) with rubberized surfacing, with concrete curbs on both sides, in existing grass playfields. Prescott JHS: Construction of a new 6 lane asphalt track with rubberized surfacing, with concrete curbs on both sides, long jump runway and sandpit, high jump area, concrete pads for storage and bleachers, and storm drainage with drywells. To be installed in the current location of dirt track. Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held March 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM for all (4) four sites starting at Baptist Elementary School located at 1825 Cheyenne Way, Modesto, CA 95356; interested contractors can access the Contract Documents, including the drawings and specifications, which may be obtained electronically from the Stanislaus Union School District Facilities Development Departments website beginning on March 10, 2026, at: https://www.stanunion.k12.ca.us/District/Portal/maintenance-operations, using the Current Bid Projects Tab; if you download the Contract Documents please email Starbrina Times at starbrina.times@cumming-group.com in order to be placed on the Project Plan Holders List. Only those bidders who attend this conference will have their bids considered for award. Schedule: Construction (90) Ninety Calendar Days. License: The bidder must be properly licensed by the California Contractors' State License Board. Contractors: Must be pre-qualified. Bonds & Insurance: Required.
