If a bidder is not prequalified to bid on the Contract, Owner will not accept the bid. Any subcontractors listed by the bidder for Work requiring Class A & B licenses must have current prequalified status with the Owner. Summary of Work: Baptist ES, Dieterich ES, Eisenhut ES, & Chrysler ES: Construction of new 10 foot wide asphalt tracks (one at each site) with rubberized surfacing, with concrete curbs on both sides, in existing grass playfields. Prescott JHS: Construction of a new 6 lane asphalt track with rubberized surfacing, with concrete curbs on both sides, long jump runway and sandpit, high jump area, concrete pads for storage and bleachers, and storm drainage with drywells.
