NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Stanislaus County Planning Commission (PC) will hold a meeting on THURS, MAR. 5, 2026, at 6:00 PM, Joint Chambers, Basement Level, 1010 10th St., Modesto, CA, to consider: 1) PM APP. NO. PLN2025-0082 – PETERSON – Request to subdivide a 9.55± ac. parcel into 3 parcels, ranging from 3± to 3.44± acs. in size, in the Gen. Ag. (A-2-3) zoning district. The project site is located @ 7185 Richardson Rd. & 4966 Webster Ave., btwn SR 108 & Mesa Dr., in the Riverbank area. The PC will consider finding that no further analysis is required pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sec. 15183 (Consistency for which an EIR was certified) & CEQA Guidelines Sec. 15061 (Common Sense Exemption). APN: 062-013-001. 2) APPEAL OF STAFF'S DENIAL OF SAA APP NO. PLN2025-0126 – THE TOWERS, LLC - This is a request to appeal staff's denial of SAA No. PLN2025-0126 – The Towers, LLC, to the PC. The request is to establish a wireless communications facility on a 4.92± ac. parcel, in the Gen. Ag. (A-2-10) zoning district. The project site is located @ 642 W Mariposa St., btwn Harvey Rd. & T St., in the Newman area. APN: 026-026-029.

At above noticed time and place, interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
