Project number PLAN2025-00313 This project is categorically exempt from additional review under the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15315-Minor Land Divisions of the CEQA Guidelines. Staff has prepared Notice of Exemption EA/C&ED #2026-05 for this project. All persons interested are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place in person and will be given the opportunity to be heard.
