Notice of Proposed Tentative Parcel Map
A public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Modesto at 6:00 pm on Monday, March 16, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 1010 10th Street Modesto CA 95354, regarding the application of Rod Hawkins, for a to subdivide two existing parcels totaling approximately 1.44 acres into four parcels, located in the Mixed-Use Pedestrian (MU-P) Zone at 1235 and 1239 McHenry Avenue. APN's (119-010-009, 119-018-011). Project number PLAN2025-00313 This project is categorically exempt from additional review under the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15315-Minor Land Divisions of the CEQA Guidelines. Staff has prepared Notice of Exemption EA/C&ED #2026-05 for this project. All persons interested are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place in person and will be given the opportunity to be heard. All interested persons are also invited to participate in the public hearing by submitting comments via email to planning@modestogov.com. If you challenge the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at or prior to the public hearing. If you are receiving this notice as a property manager for multiple residential units, please post this notice in a common area on a message board or similarly notify all residents.
