NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Stanislaus County Planning Commission (PC) will hold a meeting on THURS, FEB. 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM, Joint Chambers, Basement Level, 1010 10th St., Modesto, CA, to consider: DSA FOR TM NO. PLN2022-0026 – ELMWOOD ESTATES – Request to amend the Development Standard No. 43 to replace the requirement for a masonry block wall with a chain link fence with slats. The approved TM subdivided a 4.82± ac. parcel into 17 parcels, ranging in size btwn 8,000 to 10,594 sq-ft, in the P-D (367) zoning district. The property is located @ 3700 Story Rd., btwn Zeering Rd. & Walton St., in the Community of Denair. This request is considered Exempt from CEQA. APN: 024-055-060.

At above noticed time and place, interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
