LEGAL NOTICE The Los Banos Unified School District (LBUSD) plans to apply for Wi-Fi and network equipment and high-speed telecommunication services for E-Rate Fiscal Year 2026-2027. The E-Rate Year 2026-27 will commence July 1, 2026 and end June 30, 2027. This serves as a Notice to Bidders that LBUSD will accept bid proposals from qualified vendors for the listed equipment and telecommunication services. Vendor must provide an E-Rate Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). All work pursuant to this bid shall be contingent upon E-Rate funding. In the event of no E-Rate funding, LBUSD may not accept the bid proposal. The Los Banos Unified School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any items therein, to waive any irregularities or informalities, and to contract in the best interests of the Los Banos Unified School District.
