Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for the following will be received via the District's e-Procurement Portal (OpenGov) at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/mcs4kids no later than 3:00 pm PST on Monday, March 9, 2026:
RFP #26-4845 NUTRITION SERVICES BAKERY PRODUCTS
RFP #26-4846 NUTRITION SERVICES PAPER AND JANITORIAL SUPPLIES
A mandatory informational meeting will be conducted virtually via MS Teams. At this meeting, District representatives will review information to further describe the RFP, assist users with navigating the e-procurement portal, and answer questions related to the RFP. Respondents that fail to attend the mandatory informational meeting in its entirety shall be ineligible to respond to this RFP. The meetings have been scheduled as follows: Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 9:30 am for Bakery and 10:30 am for Paper and Janitorial Supplies. Instructions on joining the meeting can be found via the e-procurement portal.
Specifications and Instructions to Proposers are on file and may be obtained from Modesto City Schools Purchasing Department, 426 Locust St., Modesto, Ca 95351 (209) 574-1613. Documents may also be downloaded from the District's e-Procurement Portal, (OpenGov) at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/mcs4kids.
Modesto City Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity or informality.
