STANISLAUS COUNTY NOTICE OF DECISION FOR TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF CANCELLATION OF A PORTION OF WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT NO. 1971-0364 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Government Code Section 51284, that upon motion of Supervisor Withrow, seconded by Supervisor Grewal, a petition to cancel a portion of Williamson Act Contract No. 1971-0364, recorded on January 25, 1971, in Volume 2373, Pages 58-65, as Instrument Number 2683, affecting the land and improvements located on 5.32 acres of land previously identified as a portion of Assessor’s Parcel No. 048-033-012, owned by George E. and Barbara Ann Silva, trustees of the George Silva and Barbara Ann Silva Revocable Trust, was granted tentative approval at the public hearing held during the regular 9:00 a.m. meeting of the Board of Supervisors, of the County of Stanislaus, State of California, located at 1010 10th Street, Modesto, California, this 6th day of January 2026, by the following called vote: AYES: SUPERVISORS: B.
