KANIKKEBERG, OR KATHLEEN KANIKKEBERG. CASE NUMBER PR-26-000023 1. To all heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors, and persons who may otherwise be interested in the Will or Estate, or both of KATHLEEN MATILDA KANIKKEBERG, AKA KATHLEEN M. KANIKKEBERG, OR KATHLEEN KANIKKEBERG. 2. A Petition for Probate has been filed by TRACIE ROTELLI in the Superior Court of California, County of Stanislaus. 3. The Petition requests that TRACIE ROTELLI be appointed as personal representative to administer the estate of the decedent. 4. The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act.
