NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that on-line bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Turlock Unified School District for the purchase of several classifications of Instructional supplies. Bids will be accepted from February 2nd at 9:00 am until March 6th, 2026, at 3:00pm. Complete specifications, instructions and bids may be accessed thru Public Purchase Group, a web-based e-Procurement service for TUSD. Access links: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/register/vendor/register actionbtn=Register or https://www.turlock.k12.ca.us/departments/business-services/online-bidding-for-warehouse-supplies (Online Bidding for Warehouse Supplies). Bids will no longer be accepted by mail or hand delivery. For questions, contact the Warehouse Purchasing Agent, Bridget White, at 209-667-9048. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informality in the bidding, to accept or reject any or all bids and to accept or reject any or all items therein.
