FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2026-2027 NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY (NOFA) Federal Community Development Block Grant-Public Service Grants (CDBG-PSG) Federal Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and State of California Permanent Local Housing Allocation Funds (PLHA) 2021 Allocation- Shelter Support Funds Stanislaus County's Department of Planning and Community Development announces the release of the FY 2026–2027 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the following programs: CDBG Public Service Grants (CDBG-PSG): Estimated $345,000 Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG): Estimated $200,000 Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA – 2021 Allocation): Estimated $1,293,993 ELIGIBLE SERVICE AREAS CDBG-PSG and ESG funds may be used to provide eligible services to residents of the Stanislaus Urban County, which includes: Ceres, Hughson, Newman, Oakdale, Patterson, Riverbank, Waterford, and the unincorporated County areas. PLHA Shelter Support Funds may be used to provide shelter services countywide. MANDATORY TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE WORKSHOPS All agencies interested in applying must attend the workshop for the program(s) they intend to apply for. Workshops will be held on the following date and times: CDBG-PSG Friday, December 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. ESG Friday, December 19, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. PLHA Friday, December 19, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Registration is required.
