PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Education Code section 17556 et seq., the Board of Education ("Board") of the Modesto City Elementary School District ("District") has adopted a Resolution of Intent to Convey a Public Utility Easement ("Easement") to Modesto Irrigation District ("MID") for Electrical Utility Purposes. The real property subject to Board consideration for conveyance of said Easement (being a portion of APN 035-048-001) is an approximate 240 square foot strip of land, located at Orville Wright Elementary School, 1602 Monterey Street , Modesto, CA 95354. A public hearing on the question of the District conveying the Easement to MID will be held during the regular meeting of the Board on December 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable. Copies of the adopted and signed Resolution of Intent are posted at the following three (3) locations within the District's boundaries: 1. District Office, Modesto City Schools, located at 426 Locust Street, Modesto, CA 95351 2. Orville Wright Elementary School, located at 1602 Monterey Street , Modesto, CA 95354 3.
