NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors (Board) will meet in the Basement Chambers, 1010 10th St., Modesto, CA, to consider the Planning Commission’s recommendation of approval for GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. PLN2025-0070 – HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT – Request to amend the text of the Highway Commercial Planned Development land use designation in the Land Use Element of the Stanislaus County General Plan to update the intent for development of large-scale truck parking facilities in the unincorporated areas of Stanislaus County. This project is being deemed EXEMPT from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3). APN: County-wide.
