NOTICE TO VENDORS - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that the Governing Board of the Empire Union School District – Technology Department
(herein after referred to as the EUSD Technology Department) of Stanislaus County, California, will receive proposals for:
An Internet Service Provider to provide quotes for a scalable fiber-optic based Internet Service in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws governing a public school district, as well as all rules and requirements of the FCC Schools and Libraries (E-Rate) Program.

Each proposal is to be in accordance with the format specified by the EUSD Technology Department's RFP # 2026-ISP, copies of which may be examined and obtained, by written request, to the EUSD Technology Department - 116 N. McClure Rd., Modesto, CA 95357; rodolfos@empire.k12.ca.us; or may be viewed on the EUSD website located athttps://www.empire.k12.ca.us/page/about-us-new
Each proposal must be filed with the EUSD Technology Department on or before 3:00 p.m., on the 16th Day of January, 2026. All sections of the solicitation must be complete and signed. Respondents may mail or deliver proposals to the address above by the due date and time. Neither electronic submissions, nor faxed submissions will be accepted. Regardless of submission method; it is the responsibility of the Respondent to confirm and ensure the Proposal was received. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informality in any proposals received. No proposal may be withdrawn after the due date and time for submission. Submitted proposals shall remain valid for ninety (90) days from the proposal deadline.
