Notice of Proposed Tentative Parcel Map A public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Modesto at 6:00 pm on Monday, December 15, 2025, in chambers, 1010 Tenth Street, Modesto, California, regarding the application of North Point for a Tentative Parcel Map (file number: PLAN2025-000301), property located at 1200 Graphics Drive. Staff has prepared EA NO. 2025-22, which concludes that the project is categorically exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15315, "Minor Land Division", and therefore no further review is required. All persons interested are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place in person and will be given the opportunity to be heard. All interested persons are also invited to participate in the public hearing by submitting comments via email to planning@modestogov.com. If you challenge the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at or prior to the public hearing. If you are receiving this notice as a property manager for multiple residential units, please post this notice in a common area on a message board or similarly notify all residents.
