NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the Council of the City of Modesto on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Chambers, Basement Level, Tenth Street Place, 1010 10th Street, Modesto, California, to consider accepting the Capital Facilities Fees (CFF) Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2024-25 and making findings related to each of the fee categories as required by Government Code section 66006.
