NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the Council of the City of Modesto on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in the Chambers, Basement Level, Tenth Street Place, 1010 10th Street, Modesto, California, to consider accepting the 2025 Public Health Goals Report in compliance with Title 22 of the California Health and Safety Code. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place and will be given an opportunity to be heard. If you challenge the 2025 Public Health Goals Report in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raise at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing.
