NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 9, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors will meet in the Basement Chambers, 1010 10th St., Modesto, CA, to consider the Planning Commission’s Recommendation of approval for GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. PLN2022-0045 – SIXTH CYCLE HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE – Request to update and amend the Housing Element of the Stanislaus County General Plan. The proposed 2023-2031 Housing Element includes goals, policies, objectives and programs to further opportunities for housing to households in the unincorporated areas of Stanislaus County. No development project is proposed as part of the Housing Element Update. This project is considered exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). A copy of the Board of Supervisors Report will be available for review at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
