HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. 2526-002: MOdular Facilities Installation The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin (HACSJ) is seeking qualified modular general contractors and manufacturers to submit proposals for the procurement, installation, and full site integration of two (2) modular community buildings located at 2504 Connecticut Avenue, Stockton, CA 95206, as well as a modular classroom located at 311 W. Street, Tracy, CA 95376. Proposal packages & specifications may be downloaded from the Public Purchase website at PublicPurchase.com. For information on how to register for proposals on projects, please visit our website at https://hacsj.org/resources/procurement/#eprocurement-registration. Interested proposers are required to check the Public Purchase website for any addendum issued that may alter the scope of work for this project, and to incorporate any such changes into their final proposal. HACSJ will have a Non-Mandatory Jobsite Walk-Thru meeting at 2504 Connecticut Avenue, Stockton, CA 95206 which will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the PublicPurchase.com website by 2:00 P.M. on Monday, November 17, 2025. Proposals must be digitally submitted through PublicPurchase.com as a "SINGLE PDF DOCUMENT" before 2:00 P.M. local time on Monday, December 8, 2025. Proposals received after this time may not be considered. HACSJ reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the bidding. NOTICE OF HUD SECTION 3 ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY: This may be a Section 3 covered project and may be subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968.
