NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 18, 2025 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors will meet in the Basement Chambers, 1010 10th St., Modesto, CA, to consider the Planning Commission’s recommendation of approval for ORDINANCE AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. PLN2025-0069 – TRUCK PARKING – Request to amend Chapters 21.20 − General Agriculture District (A-2) and 21.94 − Home Occupations of the Stanislaus County Zoning Ordinance and to adopt a new ordinance chapter, Chapter 21.89 − Truck Parking Facilities, to update existing allowances for truck parking in the unincorporated General Agriculture (A-2) zoned areas of Stanislaus County. This project is being deemed EXEMPT from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3). APN: County-wide.
