INVITIATION TO BID-Hollywood Tidal Flooding Mitigation and Shoreline Protection Phase 2 Legal notice is hereby given that The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, Construction Managers, for the City of Hollywood is seeking qualified bidders for Phase 2 of the Hollywood Tidal Flooding Mitigation and Shoreline Protection Project. The project is in the City of Hollywood at the various (5) site locations, 801 Johnson St. (Holland Park – Sites 2 & 22),N North Lake Dr. & S North Lake Dr. (Site 6), N South Lake Dr. & S South Lake Dr. (Site 13), and Polk St. (Site 20 West). This project involves shoreline, seawall, landscape and grading improvements to the Hollywood Lakes community, as well as seawall, berm, roadway and sidewalk improvements at Holland Park. The work includes shoreline protection, seawall construction, flood mitigation improvements, grading, drainage enhancements, sidewalk improvements, landscaping, and associated site restoration. The project aim is to enhance the tidal flooding and shoreline resiliency of the aforementioned areas to improve the safety, accessibility and functionality of the area. The scope involves testing & inspections, sheet piling, sitework, landscaping & wetland plantings. The Construction Manager requests all sealed bids be hand-delivered to our office located at 1930 N 30th Rd, Suite 5, Hollywood, FL, 33021, United States, on or before Thursday, November 19th, 2026, by 4:00PM.
