Notice of Meetings Islands at Doral Townhomes Community Development District The Board of Supervisors of the Islands at Doral Townhomes Community Development District will hold their regularly scheduled public meetings for Fiscal Year 2027 at 7:00 p.m. at the Doral Legacy Park – Conference Room, 11400 NW 82nd Street, Doral, Florida, on the following Tuesdays of the month as follows (unless otherwise noted): November 10, 2026, February 02, 2027, April 06, 2027, June 08, 2027, August 10, 2027 All meetings will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or members of the public may participate by a computer, tablet or phone. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit questions and comments to the District Manager's office at lhernandez@managserv.com in advance to facilitate the Board's consideration of such questions and comments during the meeting. Any person requiring special accommodations at any of these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at any of the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
