Notice of Special Meeting Downtown Doral South Community Development District A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Downtown Doral South Community Development District ("District") will be held on August 31, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the community clubhouse located at 4651 N.W. 82nd Avenue, Doral, Florida. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to consider and approve the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the community clubhouse, a Resolution declaring special assessments for the debt service on bonds to be issued for the purchase of the clubhouse, a Resolution calling for a public hearing to impose such special assessments, a proposal for an Environmental Phase I study on the clubhouse property, proposals for special inspectors to perform inspections of the clubhouse property and facilities during the due diligence period provided for in the Purchase and Sale Agreement, other financing-related documents pertaining to the clubhouse purchase, including, but not limited to, an updated or amended Engineer's Report and Assessment Methodology Report, as well as any other matters related to the clubhouse purchase and acquisition. The Board may also address any other District business that may lawfully come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this special meeting will be available seven days prior to the meeting and may be obtained from the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351, during normal business hours, or by visiting the District's website at www.downtowndoralsouthcdd.com. This special meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
