The Omni CRA solicited proposals for the disposition of the property and provided an opportunity for interested parties to submit proposals for the purchase and adaptive reuse of the property. The purpose of the meeting is to evaluate and score the proposals received in response to the public notice for the disposition of the property. The meeting is open to the public; however, members of the public will not have an opportunity to address the committee or provide public comment.
