NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SOUTH-DADE VENTURE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the South-Dade Venture Community Development District will hold a special meeting on August 6, 2026, at 1:00 pm, at the Waterstone Clubhouse, Phase II, 1355 Waterstone Way, Homestead, FL 33033. At the special meeting, the Board will discuss and consider the District's existing security services, the proposals received and presentations made by potential contractors for such services, and the District's future needs pertaining to security services and any other business which may lawfully and properly come before the Board. This Notice is given in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the meeting agenda may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351, during normal business hours. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location, there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 721-8681 at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
