LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12TH, 2026, AT 6:00 P.M., THE CITY OF HIALEAH PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL, 3RD FLOOR, 501 PALM AVENUE. THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD WILL CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING REQUESTS: Final Decision to allow an interior west side setback of 3.8 feet, where 6.9 feet is required, for the legalization of an existing accessory building of approximately 137 square feet; to allow a 3-foot distance separation between the existing accessory building and a proposed aluminum-roofed terrace, where 10 feet is required, and to allow an a second existing accessory building of approximately 120 square feet to maintain a 3-foot distance separation from the proposed aluminum-roofed terrace, where 10 feet is required.
