TOWN OF CUTLER BAY ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT ADVERTISEMENT Pursuant to Section 3-30(11)(b) of the Town of Cutler Bay Land Development Regulations, on July 10th, 2026, the Director of the Planning and Zoning Department granted approval of the following administrative adjustments: APPLICATION NUMBER: PLAN-06-26-00163 APPLICANT: Milian Development Group, Inc LOCATION: 18460 SW 77 Court, Cutler Bay, FL 33157 DESCRIPTION: A reduction of front setbacks to eighteen feet and nine inches (18' 9") where twenty-five (25) feet are required and rear setbacks of eighteen feet and nine inches (18' 9") where twenty-five (25) feet are required, respectively, under Chapter 3, Section 3-54 of Town Land Development Regulations. Pursuant to Section 3-30(13)(a) of the Town Code, any person aggrieved by this action of the Planning and Zoning Department may appeal the decision to the Town Council by filing an appeal application within thirty (30) days of the decision on or before August 9th, 2026.
