Third-Party Claims Administration & Workers Compensation BID #2025-26-033 Contract documents, including drawings, technical specifications, addendums, and proposal forms may be obtained on the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement. opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl The City of Hialeah is seeking proposals for a fully bundled Workers’ Compensation and Third-Party Liability Claims Administration program from qualified, licensed firms. The City intends to partner with a single Third-Party Administrator (TPA) that integrates claims adjusting, medical management, telephonic case management, and provider network access under a unified service model. The successful Proposer must embody a philosophy focused on meeting the reasonable, necessary, and related medical needs of injured workers to facilitate an expedient and healthy return to work while aggressively controlling municipal liability exposures. Each Response shall be submitted electronically via the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl no later than the date and time specified below. Bids received after said date and time will not be considered, and no time extensions will be granted.
