The documents regarding the Plan of Financing and other public records regarding the Facilities are in the possession of the Trust and may be examined at reasonable times during business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the office of the Chief Executive Officer located at 1611 N.W. 12th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33136. This notice is given pursuant to section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this hearing will need a record of the proceedings.
