NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING BISCAYNE DRIVE ESTATES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Biscayne Drive Estates Community Development District will be held on August 6, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. at the Offices of Lennar Homes, 5505 Waterford District Drive Miami, Florida, 33126. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to conduct a public hearing pursuant to Chapter 170, Florida Statutes, on the non-ad valorem special assessments (the "Assessments") proposed to be levied on the assessable lands with the Expansion Area within the District and to discuss and consider the minutes of the June 26, 2026 Board meeting, a resolution adopting an assessment roll and the approving the Assessments to finance, fund, plan, establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, or equip certain public infrastructure improvements and facilities, referred to as the Expansion Area Project, within and outside the Expansion Area, as well as to review staff reports, the District's monthly financial reports, and any other business that may properly and lawfully come before the Board. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with Florida law governing Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda may be obtained from the District Manager at 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd., Sunrise, FL 33351. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place announced on the record at the meeting.
