CASE NUMBER: C-03-CV-25-002815 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND Notice is hereby given that on June 5, 2025, Alexa Rose Sciuto, filed a Complaint and Demand for Jury Trial which brought forth claims of Defamation (Libel Per Se), False Light Invasion of Privacy, Tortious Interference With Employment Relationship, and Civil Conspiracy against Defendants Kathryn Szeliga, Ryan Nawrocki, Robin Grammer, Jr., Lauren Arikan, Kathryn Marie Hart, Janet Greenhawk, and Chaya Raichik, which Complaint was amended on November 5, 2025 and which Amended Complaint brought forth an additional claim of Defamation – Slander against Defendant Mark Fisher while maintaining the same claims against the same defendants as in the original complaint.
