Notice is hereby given that on June 5, 2025, Alexa Rose Sciuto, filed a Complaint and Demand for Jury Trial which brought forth claims of Defamation (Libel Per Se), False Light Invasion of Privacy, Tortious Interference With Employment Relationship, and Civil Conspiracy against Defendants Kathryn Szeliga, Ryan Nawrocki, Robin Grammer, Jr., Lauren Arikan, Kathryn Marie Hart, Janet Greenhawk, and Chaya Raichik, which Complaint was amended on November 5, 2025 and which Amended Complaint brought forth an additional claim of Defamation – Slander against Defendant Mark Fisher while maintaining the same claims against the same defendants as in the original complaint.
The object of this proceeding is compensatory damages in excess of $100,000.00 against Defendants and in favor of Plaintiff for damages to reputational harm, emotional distress, and loss of future earnings, punitive damages against Defendants and in favor of Plaintiff to punish and deter willful misconduct and for declaratory relief to require removal of false statements from public fora.
Defendant Chaya Raichik, AKA Libs of TikTok, and any and all persons claiming to have an interest in the above-described matter must file a written response by pleading or motion in the Circuit Court of Baltimore County, Maryland on or before August 26, 2026.
FAILURE TO FILE A RESPONSE WITHIN THE TIME ALLOTTED MAY RESULT IN A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT OR THE GRANTING OF THE RELIEF SOUGHT.
This Notice shall be published at least once per week in each of three successive weeks in one or more newspapers of general circulation published in Miami, Dade County, Florida.
