NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of South Miami Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following applications:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, AMENDING POLICY 1.1.4. The hearing will be held in person at City Hall Commission Chambers, 6130 Sunset Drive, South Miami, Florida 33143.
