Will hold a public hearing on the following zoning applications on July 29, 2026, at 6:30p.m. at Palmetto Golf Course, Community Room, 9300 SW 152 Street, Miami, FL.

AND ENIEL SIERRA Z2025000163 The application is to request a District Boundary Change from AU (Agricultural District) to EU-1 (Single-Family One Acre Estates District). Alternatively, the application is to permit the three parcels of land each with less lot area and less lot frontage than required by Code. (1) DISTRICT BOUNDARY CHANGE from AU (Agricultural District) to EU-1 (Single-Family One Acre Estates District).
