PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Miami Gardens 18605 NW 27 Avenue, Miami Gardens, FL 33056 CONSOLIDATION PLAN 2026-2030 Public Comment Period & Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Federal regulations governing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and other U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on the CONSOLIDATION PLAN 2026-2030, which will direct the City’s use of CDBG funds. These funds provide programs that benefit low- to-moderate income persons in the City. This notice formally advises that the CONSOLIDATION PLAN 2026-2030 DRAFT can be downloaded from the City of Miami Gardens Department of Community Development website at https://www.miamigardens-fl.gov/170/Community-Development. Written comments will be received for thirty (30) days, starting June 29th, 2026 until August 3, 2026. To view a hardcopy of the document and submit comments please visit a location listed below. The public hearing will be held at City Hall in the Community Room, 18605 NW 27th Avenue, Miami Gardens, FL 33056. The consolidation plan outlines proposed projects and activities by the City’s CDBG program to address the identified priority needs and goals of the Consolidated Plan.
