S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on the CONSOLIDATION PLAN 2026-2030, which will direct the City’s use of CDBG funds. These funds provide programs that benefit low- to-moderate income persons in the City. This notice formally advises that the CONSOLIDATION PLAN 2026-2030 DRAFT can be downloaded from the City of Miami Gardens Department of Community Development website at https://www.miamigardens-fl.gov/170/Community-Development.
