NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING EUREKA GROVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors (the "Board") of the Eureka Grove Community Development District (the "District") will be held on July 9, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the Silver Palms Clubhouse, 23770 SW 115th Avenue, Miami, FL 33032. This meeting replaces the regular meeting previously scheduled for July 10, 2026. At the Special Meeting, the Board of Supervisors is expected to consider the minutes from the meeting of June 12, 2026, organizational matters to appoint residents to the Board, election of officers, staff reports, the District's monthly financial reports, and any other business that may lawfully and properly come before it. A copy of the agenda for this meeting will be available seven days prior to this meeting and may be obtained from the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd., Sunrise Florida 33351 or by visiting the District's website at http://www.eurekagrovecdd.com. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
