Request for Proposals from Certified General Contractors Greater Miami Service Corps (GMSC) is seeking competitive proposals from Certified General Contractors (CGC) to provide HUD-compliant Healthy Homes Production (HHP) remediation services for around 100 low-income single-family homes in Miami-Dade County. These services include -- but are not limited to -- moisture control repairs, ventilation improvements, HVAC, plumbing, minor structural corrections, safety hazard mitigation, weatherization-aligned repairs, and other activities allowable under HUD's HHP guidelines.
