TOWN OF CUTLER BAY 2026 General Election Qualifying Public Notice NOTICE OF 2026 GENERAL ELECTION CANDIDATE QUALIFYING PERIOD Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Town of Cutler Bay Ordinance No. 25-01, the qualifying period for candidates seeking election to the offices of Mayor, Councilmember Seat 1, and Councilmember Seat 3 for the Town of Cutler Bay 2026 General Election shall open and close as follows: Qualifying Opens: Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Qualifying Closes: Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. A qualified Town of Cutler Bay elector who wishes to qualify as a candidate and have their name appear on the ballot must file all required qualifying documents and applicable fees with the Office of the Town Clerk during the qualifying period. Candidates must meet all applicable requirements of Florida law, the Town Charter, Town Code, and Town of Cutler Bay Ordinance No. 25-01.
