Additionally, the application also seeks to allow a detached gazebo structure on the property to be located closer to the rear and side street property lines. (1) NON-USE VARIANCE to permit an existing terrace addition to a single-family residence to setback a minimum of 7.91’ (15’ required) from the side street (north) property line. (2) NON-USE VARIANCE to permit an existing detached gazebo to setback 1.8’ (5’ required) from the rear (east) property line, and to setback a minimum of 2.29’ (15’ required) from the side street (north) property line.
