Notice of Community Meeting for Proposed Green Reuse Area Designation Pursuant to Florida's Brownfields Redevelopment Act On behalf of Treo MP Cutler Bay, LLC, a Community Meeting shall be conducted on June 22, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. until not later than 7:00 p.m., at Cornerstone Church, 20740 Old Cutler Road Cutler Bay, FL 33189, for the purpose of affording interested parties the opportunity to provide comments and suggestions about the potential designation of property located at SW 216th Street East of SW 93rd Path and West of SW 88th Place, Cutler Bay, FL 33189, identified by Folio No. 36-6016-000-0027, as a Green Reuse Area pursuant to Section 376.80(2)(c), Florida Statutes. This Community Meeting will also address future development and rehabilitation activities planned for the site. Two public hearings will also be held before the Town of Cutler Bay Town Council, dates to be announced.
