Notice Notice of Special Board Meeting and Audit Committee Meeting Epmore Community Development District The Special Meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Epmore Community Development District and Audit Selection Committee Meeting is scheduled to be held on June 26, 2026, at 10:15 a.m. at the offices of Lennar Homes, 5505 Waterford District Drive, Miami, Florida. At the special meeting the Board will consider and discuss the meeting minutes from the meeting of March 20, 2026, resolutions adopting the budget and levying non-ad valorem assessments, staff reports, the monthly financial reports and any other business that may properly come before the Board. The Audit Selection Committee will review, discuss, and establish the evaluation criteria for any proposals the District receives pursuant to solicitations for auditing services. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agendas for the meetings may be obtained from Governmental Management Services, LLC, 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd, Sunrise, Florida 33351. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.
