Public Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO THE FY 2025-2029 CONSOLIDATED PLAN TO UPDATE THE CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN TO REQUIRE A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) The Miami-Dade County Housing Committee will hold a public hearing for actions described below on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. The meeting will be held inside Board of County Commission Chambers located on the second level of the Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 NW 1st Street, Miami, Florida 33128. The purpose of the hearing is to give the public an opportunity to comment on the proposed Substantial Amendment to the FY 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan to update the Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) to include a Public Hearing for the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The public shall have an opportunity to comment on the following proposed action: • Approve a Substantial Amendment to the FY 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan to update the Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) to include a Public Hearing for the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).
