NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING PALM GLADES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Palm Glades Community Development District will be held on June 16, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. at the Silver Palms by Lennar – Clubhouse Silver Palms, 23770 SW 115 Avenue, Miami, FL 33032. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to discuss and consider the minutes of the May 12, 2026 meeting, the resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2027 budget, the resolution adopting an assessment roll and the imposition of non-ad valorem special assessments ("Assessments") to finance, fund, plan, establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, or equip certain public infrastructure improvements and facilities within and outside the 2026 Expansion Area, as well as to review staff reports, the District's monthly financial reports, and any other business that may properly and lawfully come before the Board. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with Florida law governing Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda may be obtained from the District Manager at 5385 N. Nob Hill Rd., Sunrise, FL 33351. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place announced on the record at the meeting.
