CITY OF HIALEAH ADVERTISEMENT & INVITATION FOR BIDS The City of Hialeah, Florida, will receive electronic (sealed) bids for the project entitled: Installation of Glass Automatic Sliding Doors and Windows at JFK Library until Tuesday, July 14, 2026, via the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement. opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl. The responses must be submitted electronically in the manner specified below in the electronic submittal method described below and in no other manner. Bids submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Installation of Glass Automatic Sliding Doors and Windows at JFK Library IFB #2025-26-001 Contract documents, including drawings, technical specifications, addendums, and proposal forms may be obtained on the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https:// procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl The City of Hialeah is seeking qualified and reliable suppliers for the purchase, delivery, and installation of two (2) Dura-Storm 3000 Series Level D Impact Rated Single Slide Automatic Slide Door Package and provide and install eight (8) impact resistant windows at the JFK Library. Each Response must be submitted electronically via the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl no later than the date and time specified below. Bids received after said date and time will not be considered and no time extensions will be granted. The City’s schedule for this Solicitation is as follows: Event Date Time Advertisement Date: June 7, 2026 Pre-Bid Meeting: June 18, 2026 10:00 AM Last Date for Receipt of Written Questions: June 30, 2026 2:00 PM Deadline for Submittal of Bids: July 14, 2026 11:00 AM (The City reserves the right to delay or modify scheduled dates and will notify Bidders in writing of all changes in scheduled dates.) The City of Hialeah reserves the right to reject any and all responses, and to decide to re-advertise/re-bid or not, or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities, technicalities, or omissions, in the solicitation process. Responses may be held over by the City of Hialeah Purchasing Division, at its sole discretion, for a period not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the response and investigating the qualifications of the respondents, prior to consideration of the awarding of the contract and must be honored by the Vendor on the same terms and conditions during this period. A bid bond will be required if the bid amount exceeds $100,000.00. A Bid Bond, a certified check, cashier’s check, Treasurer’s check, or bank draft of any State or National Bank in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must be submitted as an original hard copy prior to the closing date and time of the solicitation. Please be advised that this Solicitation is issued subject to the City of Hialeah’s Charter and Code of Ordinances. and the Miami-Dade County “Cone of Silence”, see 2-11.1(t), Miami-Dade County Code, which are deemed as being incorporated by reference in this Solicitation.
