Professional Lobbying Services (State) BID #2025-26-053 Contract documents, including drawings, technical specifications, addendums, and proposal forms may be obtained on the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https:// procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl The City of Hialeah (the “City”) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified governmental affairs consulting firms to provide professional lobbying services. The City reserves the right to select one (1) firm to provide proactive advocacy, strategic planning, and legislative monitoring to represent the City before the Federal Government. Each Response must be submitted electronically via the City’s e-Procurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofhialeahfl no later than the date and time specified below. Bids received after said date and time will not be considered and no time extensions will be granted.
