BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING DATES BAYWINDS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FISCAL YEAR 2026/2027 The Board of Supervisors of the Baywinds Community Development District will hold their regular meetings for the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 at 5:00 p.m. at the offices of Governmental Management Services, South Florida, 2804 NE 8th Street, Suite 202, Homestead, Florida 33033, on the first Thursday of each month as follows: November 5, 2026 January 7, 2027 March 4, 2027 May 6, 2027 July 1, 2027 September 2, 2027 The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
