TOWN OF CUTLER BAY NOTICE OF ZONING WORKSHOP The Town of Cutler Bay will hold ZONING WORKSHOP on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Town’s Council Chambers, 10720 Caribbean Blvd., Cutler Bay, FL 33189. Workshop times are provided below. For additional information, use the QR codes below or visit www.cutlerbay-fl.gov/projects. Interested parties may view presentations in person or virtually via ZOOM. Any person wishing to participate remotely can also call (786) 635-1003, Zoom Meeting ID 879 2039 3857 prior to the item being heard. The Zoning Workshop shall provide an open forum for members of the public and the Town Council to review and interact with the developers associated with the following proposed development in the Town. Project #1: Applicant: El Car Wash Florida, LLC Project Number: PLAN- 04-26-00153 (Variances) PLAN-04-26-00152 (Conditional Use) PLAN-04-26-00154 (Site Plan) Location: 19875 South Dixie Highway Folio: 36-6006-024-0010 Description: Commercial project which includes two (2) variances, conditional use and site plan approval. Project #2: Applicant: MMG Best Plaza LLC Project Number: PLAN-04-26-00156 (Site Plan Modification) `Location: 19700 South Dixie Highway Folio: 36-6006-040-0010 Description: Commercial project which includes a site plan approval. PLEASE NOTE: The Zoning Workshop will consist of two (2) sessions beginning at 6:00 PM First Session (6:00 – 6:30 PM), lasting thirty (30) minutes provides a forum for members of the public to learn about the proposed development project within the Town. During this session, the public is encouraged to ask questions and to provide feedback to the applicant about the proposed developments. Second Session (6:30 PM), immediately following the first session, provides a forum for the Town Council to learn about the proposed development project discussed during the first session. During this session the applicant will be available to answer any questions posed by the Town Council about the proposed development. The proposed site plans may be inspected by the public at the Town Clerk’s Office at 10720 Caribbean Blvd., Ste. 105, Cutler Bay, FL 33189. Interested parties are invited to attend the zoning workshop or provide written comments to the Town Council. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), persons needing special accommodations to participate in these proceedings should contact the Town Clerk’s Office for assistance at (305) 234-4262, no later than four (4) business days prior to such proceeding.
